Energy Certification for Buildings
Allianz Engineering can offer both Energy Performance Certification (EPC) and Display Energy Certification (DEC) assessments along with standard recommendations of how to improve your energy efficiency
Energy Inspections for Heating & Cooling Systems
Air conditioning systems
We can offer two levels of service for air conditioning systems
Level 1
We can offer a survey of the efficiency of your air conditioning systems which includes a review of the system sizing compared with the cooling requirements of the building.
Level 2
The Level 2 service offers the level 1 service plus recommendations for improvements to air conditioning systems to achieve energy usage reductions and savings in running costs.
Boilers
Although the legislation does not stipulate actual inspection of boilers under the Energy Performance for Buildings Directive, it does recommend assessments by a competent person at periodic intervals
Energy Audit & Report
Our energy assessors will provide an assessment of the efficiency of the entire building; its energy supply and usage. A detailed report will be produced which, based on the findings of the assessment, will recommend both immediate and economically feasible longer term energy performance improvements
