- Why Inspect It
- The main hazards associated with this equipment are the entrapment of limbs in the moving elements, malfunction of drive assemblies and walkway collapse.
The mechanical failure of critical load bearing components and excessive wear in elements of the equipment can all compromise safety to persons using the equipment.
